Meet Janell 

Janell Anderson Ehrke is the Founder and CEO of GROW Nebraska, which she launched in 1998. Under her leadership, GROW has grown to include more than 465 business members across Nebraska.

A passionate advocate for entrepreneurship, Janell has helped small businesses adopt social media, digital marketing and other strategies to succeed. She is a dedicated supporter of the buy "local" movement and  advocates for e-commerce as level-playing field opportunities for small businesses. 
 

Janell works alongside her husband, Leon, on their family farm in Orleans, Nebraska. She and her husband have two adult children: Haley, who serves as the Public Relations Director for Ag Valley Co-op, and Parker, an assistant women’s basketball coach at Northwest Missouri State University.

Janell also brings her passion and skills to serve a number of roles in various communities. She is a member of and previously served as a Sunday school teacher at Trinity Lutheran Church.

She has served as a member of the Furnas County Economic Development Committee, as well as the board for the Nebraska Cooperative Development Center. She is also a member of the following Nebraska groups/local organizations:
